How to Escape Boredom: One Simple Step to Change Your Routine

 Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog. 

In this blog iam going to tell you how you can add excitement and happiness in your life. If you are bored in your life. And you are fed of doing sane things or you feeling like you want to quit. Then this blog is definitely for you. Iam very happy that you are in the right place. 

If you are reading this it means you are bored too. same as me but now I don't feel bored anymore. Do you wanna know how I cured it. For that you need to know the reason for feeling bored.

Why are you feeling bored.

There are many reasons for it. So let's discover the root of the problem.
  1. You may not enjoying the process, you may don't like whatever you are doing. You may be doing it for some reason but it's not satisfying you.
  2. You may be stressed or depressed and lost the interest from every thing. 
  3. You may be taking the work as a burden and doing it forcefully. Now the may work doesn't excited you. 

Solution:

The one and only solution is to take a break. Go for a picnic with your friends or family. Do party. Go wherever you can, take a break as long as you can. 

If you are not enjoying the process add some exciting things in your day which makes you feel good and happy.

If you are stressed or depressed then listen to some music in a peaceful place but note one thing the music or song should not be sad kind of songs.

If you don't like whatever you are doing then try doing something else. Do whatever makes you happy don't do it because others want you to do, but do it for yourself.

No matter what the reason for being feel bored but the solution is one just take a break in your life. You are a human not a robot right. Then start living like a human, don't be too strict and serious about yourself.
