Are you facing difficult to wakeup in the morning and feel lazy and low energized every morning?If so, then follow the tips which I personally follow to get good sleep. It helped me to get good sleep and makes me feel fresh every morning.
Sleep/rest matters alot in our daily life. If you get good sleep then you will feel fresh and productive whole day. If you feel good and productive everyday you will be using using your day wisely.
How To Feel Energetic And Fresh Every Morning.
Here are the tips:
- Stop using your phone or any electronic devices at the night time at least 1 hour before going to bed. I know everyone say this point and you want something new which is easier to do but remember one thing " if you don't want to do the work then don't expect any results".
- Rehydrate yourself immediately as you wake up. Because you are dehydrated from the last 6 to 8 hours. If you hydrate yourself you will wake up from the inside because your body was also not working properly while you are sleeping. If you hydrate yourself your body starts to digest the water and makes you feel good. It also improves you blood circulations too.
- Get enough sleep. There is a particular time period of sleeping according to your age and if you are a teenager you should sleep about 7 to 8 hours each day but every one want/have different amount of sleep. It is a common thing that if you sleep well your body and brain functions well. So if you want to become healthy then start sleeping properly.
- Keep a journal. It's simply write down your thoughts and ideas before going to bed. It helps alot to those who are facing stress, depression or anxiety. It improves your mental and emotional health. Write whatever you want to write. Sometimes we could write something personal and some secrets in it and "if you don't want that no one should know what you have written in it then write your thoughts again on the same page don't continue to the next page". It will make the paper look very clumsy and no one can understand whatever you have written in it.
- It is the last point but it's the most important point. "STOP SNOOZING" if you snooze the alarm again and again your sleep gets disturb again and again. When you wake up and snooze the first time and then get to sleep then this sleep is more deeper than the earlier one. Which makes you feel lazy the whole day.
