There are very less creative people in this world. You should be proud if you are creative.

When you do exersise you will start to feel good about yourself. As you keep doing exercises consistently you will not only feel good but start seeing some changes in you body. These changes will help you to improve your confidence level. People think for you the same you think about yourself. So this is applied here, when you think good about your self others will also think good about you. For example if you you are confident again and again people will think that you are really very confident. If you think you are not confident and you are not good at anything people will think the same. In short if you do exercise you will feel good abou your self. If you feel good and confident about yourself others will think the same. If people will talk good about you.
