How to improve yourself.
You need to be master in this four things if you really want to improve yourself. That is you mental health, physical health,emotional intelligence and peace of mind. These things are very important for everyone. If you can do this you can do anything. 

Physical health:
become physically strong.
Work on your physical health. Being physically strong and healthy is very important thing. But how? Start doing exercise. Have a clean and healthy diet. Healthy diet doesn't mean counting calories but it mean having food closer to nature. Avoid eating sugar and processed and packed food. Not because you will gain weight but because it will spoil your health from inside and makes your immune system weak. Do exercise start with just walking for 20 to 30 minutes and slowly start doing exercise too. Do morning streching and lift some weight. Drink sufficient water stay hydrated all the time. 

Mental health:
become mentally strong.
Work on your mental health.mindset is a very important thing because "you become what you think". If you think you are loser, you are boring and you are unattractive then you will become the same. But on the other hand if you think that you are an interesting person, you can do whatever you want and you are strong then you will become the same. How simple, isn't it? You become what you think then think positive, what's the problem in that. Being mentally strong doesn't mean only about thinking good about yourself but also having control over yourself. Your will power and your self esteem decided how you will be in you future. All of us do something everyday which makes us feel bad about ourselves like,you decided to become healthy but you eat sweets and packed foods, you decided to do a perticular work but at the end of the day you did not have completed any of those work. So,Try to break a bad habit every day no matter how small it is. Just do it.

Emotional health:
become emotionally strong.
Emotional intelligence is an ability to understand and manage your own emotions and having control over them. It is very important to develop emotional intelligence for everyone to improve your relations, communication and dicision making ability. Be self aware and the bestest way to is to do journaling it is a best way for self- reflection.
I also have some lesser known tips for you to become emotionally strong. Mindful listening it will help you to know about others emotions as well as you own emotions you will know how you react in which situation. By this you can able to control your emotions. Spend time in nature connect with the nature it helps you keep calm, relaxed and reduces stress. Laugh, laughing is the best medicine for any disease. So laugh as much as you can it will make you feel happier. Follow your habits try to do creative things like painting, singing, learn how to play musical instrument and express your emotions and be happy. 

Spiritual health:
become spiritually strong.
Work on spirituality. Spirituality is about connecting which is greater than oneself. Questing about the existence of this world and oneself. Connecting with universe and many more but how to be spiritual and what are the benefits of being spiritual. Well, there are so many benifits of it such as inner peace, stress reduction, health benefits, feeling more grateful, improves mental health, improves relationships and sence of purpose in life. Now you know the benifits of being spiritual. Now let us know how to become spiritual so the first thing I would like to suggest you is to meditate but if you don't have any habit like this then you can start with sitting in silence, having no thoughts in your mind,breathing slowly and have a gentle smile in you face. This can be very effective. Forgive more don't always try to take revenge and don't spoil your mood for others.
This are the main key points for your self growth. If you can become strong in these four things then you will be in the next level. If you master these four skills then you will become the most dangerous and powerful. I hope that you are going to do all of these things for yourself.
