What is self improvement? It's about improving yourself, gaining knowledge, improving your status, becoming the best version of yourself and living your life in your way. 

But wanna know how to become the best version of yourself? Let me tell you.12 teeny habits for your self development.

Self improvement involves so many things. It's not only about being creative, learning and money but so many simple and small things. You need not follow rules like this but you need to focus on small things because drop by drop turns into an ocean 🌊

How can I improve myself ?

I have some tips for you from my own experience. It helped me a lot to grow in my life and I hope it works for you too. 
Don't worry iam not gonna give tips like reading books and doing exercise regularly, But some tiny habits.

  • Try journaling. There are so many benefits of journaling. It will clear your thoughts and clarity is very important if you want to improve yourself. It will also make you feel calm and good. 
  • Try doing some skincare. Yes skincare, no matter whether you are a girl or boy, everyone should do skincare for 10 minutes. But why I mentioned skincare, when you do skincare your brain will think that you love yourself it indicates self-love. It will also release happy hormones. 
  • Dance. Dance like a mad fellow for 5 to 10 minutes. If you don't feel comfortable doing it in front of others then do it when you are alone or in the bathroom(my secret tip). It is healthy for you and also very good for your heart health. 
  • Be grateful for everything you have. Find good and positive things in every thing. Be grateful for everything you have. Listen to affirmations and read motivational quotes every morning. You can simply download the "gratitude app". It's a very good app to use to feel grateful. 
  • Build a strong mindset. Quit a habit everyday that makes you feel bad about yourself. Adopt a habit every week which is good for you and makes you feel good about yourself.
  • Focus on your future. Work on the thing which you want to become. I mean work on your career. For example, if you want to become a businessman or woman then start developing skills related to business. For around half an hour. It's better if you do it in the morning. Start your morning doing that work. 
  • Stop phone addiction. Do you wonder why you are not able to focus on one thing for a long time or you are not getting time to do other activities then it's because of your phone. You may say that you are not addicted to phone but deep inside you know the truth.
  • Become financially independent. Live like your father is dead because money is everything bro! Try to find a way for earning money and when you find it work on it consistently.
  • Work on your spiritual life. Spirituality is an important thing for us. We are humans, not robots peace is also important in life. Try to do meditation and if you can't then sit in silence for 10 minutes. Don't talk to anyone don't think anything.
  • Don't compare and don't be jealousy of anyone. Just love yourself and accept the way you are. You are unique in your way and you can do anything if you set your mind.
  • Have psychological knowledge. Learn how people behave and why they behave that way and once you learn it your confidence level will become very high. 
  • Learn a new skill. You should learn a skill which can help you to earn money. You can also learn anything which is good for your future. 

These are a few tips and tricks for you to grow in your life. To become the best version of yourself.
