Everyone should avoid watching phone and social media content before going to bed. It disturbs our sleep cycle but watching some selected contents can make you feel good and can improve your sleep cycle. So in this blog i will share some tips and tricks for you that can help you to watch social media content even before going to bed.
Actually everyone suggest not to use your phone 1 hour before going to bed because the blue light which comes from the phone is not good for us specially if the room light is dark or off. But now I have solution for this, you can ON the eye comfort/reading mode. I know it's not a solution which only I know, it's very common and everyone uses it i just want to make you laugh. Now I also know that my scene of humour is bad but still iam trying.
So without wasting much time let's start the blog.
The contents you can consume before bed are as follows:
1. Music:
You can listen to musics and it will make you feel like you are not in this world. Once you start listening to melodious song and instrumental music before going to bed you will get addicted to it. Your sleeping quality is also going to improve for sure. Listening to music before sleeping will manage your stress levels, decreases your anxiety levels and make you feel very calm and relaxed before sleeping. If you win your night then you will win your morning and if your win your morning you will win your day. Isn't it amazing, just listening to music can before going to bed can make you next day better. I was very amazed by it and the results are going to amaze you too.
2. Listening to stories:
There are so many videos available on social media for stories. Those are made for childrens actually, but if you are a teenager then you can also watch them. Those are very interesting to listen and watch and after listening to 1 story you will sleep and when are listening to the 2nd story you will even sleep but the stories must be a little big otherwise you will have to listen more than two stories. I also tried this and it made me sleep very fast. The benefit of listening to stories are you will sleep in just 10-15 minutes. Where you used to overthink every night and can't sleep for hours, you will fall asleep in 10 to 20 minutes after listening to stories without any kind of overthinking. So if you can improve your sleeping cycle just by listening to stories so what's the problem in that.
3. Watch your favourite drama or show:
You can watch your favourite show or drama whatever you prefer. It will make you feel satisfied and happy. But remember that the drama/show should not disturbing or full of curiosity. If you watch any show which makes you curious then with that curiosity you will not feel sleepy and the show will keep running in your mind and will also disturb your sleep cycle. So watch something which is good to watch before going to bed. So watch whatever you want to but remember that one thing otherwise you will be disturbing your own sleep.
4. Vlogs:
Watch your favourite vlogger's vlogs. It can make you feel a scene of hope/ expectation from yourself. When you watch them before sleeping then you will think about that and you will want to do the same thing. Your expectations will increase and you will try to become or do like them. When you think something to do then your subconscious mind will give you ideas how to and what to do and you will the same things from the next day. So do watch vlogs which inspires you and makes you feel the scene of purpose in life.
5. Knowledgeable videos:
Watch something which increases your knowledge. It's very good to consume knowledge before going to bed because whatever knowledge you consume before going to bed you brain revises all the information you consumed and make you to remember it for very long time and if you consume the same information after waking up then you are never going to forget that knowledge. So if you are a student then you can use this for while studying too. Study something before sleeping and revise the same things again in the morning. This is also called the sandwich technique learning- sleeping - learning. So in this way watch knowledgeable contents is beneficial before sleeping.
These were some of the best things you can watch before going to bed. These things are really good for you don't watch anything in a dark room you can watch when the light are OFF or you can use the eye comfort mode. Hope that you may learned something new from my todays blog.
