We are humans and we fell less confident in some particular places. We feel confident wherever we have expertise and we feel less confident where/about we have less knowledge. But if you are started to feeling less confident even in places where you used to feel confident. Then you exactly at the right place.
In this article iam going to talk about some people who were very confident in their past but now they feel insecure, less confident and who do self doubt. I will explore the reasons for your less confident and I will also help you regain your confidence as it was before.
Confidence is a very important part of our life. If you are not confident you can't express yourself properly. You feel insecure about yourself.you start to doubt on your abilities. You stop participating in anything which makes you feel uncomfortable. You start to stay in your comfort zone.
If you work on yourself and on your confidence then you can be confident again in just 1-3 months. But you have to consistently work on yourself otherwise you may loose it again. Real confidence doesn't comes from your appearance or something like this but it actually comes from how you pursue yourself and how you feel about yourself. So without any further ado let's start this blog.
Reasons for low confidence.
Reason no 1:You care more about what others will think of you.
I have mentioned about this in first because it's the most common thing that we do specially teenagers and adults. This ruins your self confidence just because you think about others.
This not only ruins your self confidence but also effects your life. You miss your most of the opportunities just thinking about what others will think. It is one of the most common regret of every person's life.
In short I mean that you should not think about others, for example you are talking to someone, while you are talking you should never think. What he/she will think am i speaking nicely? Are judging me? Are they interested in talking to me? Should I tell this? And there are many more things running in your minds about your impression on others.
Why do you want to impress anyone. You are not born to impress others right. Stress should be about career and sucess not about what he will think, what she will think and who are not talking to you.

Reason no 2: you focus more on others life than yours.
You are not grateful for what ever you have. You don't get satisfied from your achievements and your life. You keep comparing yourself with others who you don't even know. You feel everyone else are more happier than you. You think others life is better than yours.
This is the major problems of today's youngsters. If you think about yourself, if you focus on yourself, if you on everything which is good happening to you, then you can be 10× happier and satisfied. Everyone have their own problems which they don't share with anyone. They just behave like they have the bestest life to live. But it's not true.
Everything you see is not always true specially on social media why don't you understand this one simple thing. But you might be thinking that how does it effecting my life and confidence. Then i must say that when you compare your life with others than you feel that they are better than you but when you see other people in real life you feel the same things. And then you blame yourself, you blame your life and you blame everything happening to you because you start to think in a negative way. So tell me one thing if you are always negative then how can you do positive things.
If your input is negative then how your outcome can be positive. You will eat what you sow, right? So start thinking in a positive way. Don't compare yourself with anyone, Please. Don't waste your life. Going forward, those with whom you are comparing your life and wasting your life in those bullshit thinking will not come to help you.
Reason no 3. Negative self-talks.
You believe me or not but negative self-talks effects our live tooo... much. It can spoil your life to such an extent that you cannot even imagine. Whatever you tell or think about yourself it happens. Not only about yourself but if you think the same thing about something it will become true.
You can say that it's like a magic, this universe is always listening to you, so never ever tell something negative about yourself, not even as a joke. Do you know that most of the people use it for their benifits. You must have heard the name of Affirmations. In this people say good things to themselves and good things about themselves. So you should believe that you will become what you speak about yourself. This really works trust me you will become what you will say.
You can say some thing like this: iam happier, I love my life, i learn from my mistakes and I am a confident person. So now it's depends on you how and what you think about yourself. You will sound like you want to be, you will tell whatever you want to become.
Reason no 4:What are you in your own image. 
What do you think about yourself. Do you think that you are a princess/prince of you think that you don't deserve anything, whatever you think of yourself is true. Thinking is different and speaking(which I mentioned in the previous reason) is different. But the impact of both the things are similar.
You will become what you speak about yourself and you will become what you will think about yourself. You must be thinking that i am worthless, i always fail, I am a failure and I can't do this. That's why today you are here searching about reasons for low confidence right. So the best thing you can do is to have a high value of yourself.
If you don't respect yourself, if you don't trust yourself and if you treat yourself like a shit then how can you expect that others will respect you, believe you and treat you like a princess/Princeb.If you fall in your own eyes, then how? So I will tell you again that Consider yourself the greatest person in your own eyes. Don't do it just for the sake of saying it, try to do it from the heart.
Do it heartfully. First you start to believe in yourself then try to think/imagine yourself as the person you want to become. And after few weeks or within 1-2 months you will notice the positive changes in yourself. If it works (i know it will work) then please comment about your experience and your sucess. Reason no 5: You don't accept compliment
Accepting compliments is one of the most common habit of confident people. Accepting compliments makes you feel geniune about yourself. Accepting compliments makes you more happier and you feel good about yourself.
Compliments are not always good. Some are bad and some are good. So try to accept every compliment you get. Whether it is like you are looking stunning today or it is like you are boring.Accept every compliment. The good compliments make you feel good about yourself. And the bad compliment will let you learn from your mistakes. Good compliments will boost your confidence for the day and bad compliment will spoil your day.
Learn to differentiate between the bad compliments. There are two type of bad compliments. The one is like, you are not a well public speaker, I think you should focus on it. And the other one is like, ohh!you look so ugly today. Both of these compliment are negative but the first one talks about your flaws and your mistakes which you can improve and the persons intention is not to hurt you or dominate you. But the second compliment is like as if they are making fun of you.
These types of compliments should not be accepted. But you accept these type of compliments and you dismiss compliment which talks good thing about you. Am i right. So start accepting compliments.
