Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog. 

So in this blog iam going to share something new. Something which can transform your life. I will share my real life experiences with you on changing mindset. YES SO TODAY I AM GOING TO SHARE ABOUT CHANGING YOUR MIND INTO A POSITIVE MINDSET. In this blog I am going to share some tips which I applied to change my mindset. So without any further ado let's start the blog.

Mindset is not something which changes in overnight or in a day. It takes a lot of time to change your mindset. It took almost 2 years for me to change or you can say to transform my mindset from being a negative, unconfident and from cursing myself to a positive, confident, hopeful and self acceptable person. Iam now much happier than I was a year ago. So today I want to share it with you so you can transform your life too. I hope that it will definitely work for you. I thought of writing about this blog because I saw many people in my real life as well as on the social media, that many people are facing a problem and that is overthinking and negative mindset. So then I thought that like these people there might be so many people who are facing the same problem. And you are here may be because you also faced many such problems. So I would like to tell one thing that you are in the right place. You came to a very perfect place at a perfect time. I think you don't need to go somewhere else. You don't have to search  any such thing on internet. Because iam here to share you my personal thoughts and experience. So let's begin.

I understood that mindset doesn't only means self esteem, will power, mental attitude and many more but it also means your point of view/ your outlook, the way you think and what you think about yourself as well as for others. It also means alot of things which mostly people don't talk about. And now I will tell you what are those alot of things. I faced some things which mostly everyone faced once in their life. But it was a very big things for. I can't share what exactly happened to me, but I will definitely share the lessons I have learnt from my past two years. 

It was the lockdown time where I enjoyed my life very well. But then lockdown over. We started to live our life normally as we used to do. Going to schools, work and going all the basic things which everyone do. I used to be very confident. I was very happy and satisfied with myself and with everything. 
But then something happened in my life which broke my self confidence, made me sad, and I was very broken at a very early age. I would like to say it was not any break up with anyone. I've never been in a relationship with anyone in my life.
It was the year 2021 i think. Yes it was the year 2021. I was not a person I used be a month ago. At that time there was no support for me not even from my parents. 
I was feeling very lonely and stressed most of the time. But I did not show my emotions to anyone. I was literally very young to handle that situation. I was broken inside. I couldn't bear all this. You can say that I was in depression. 
I spoiled almost my 4-8 precious months. My relation with my parents was also not that good. 
So I decided to support myself. I decided to take it as a opportunity for my self improvement. I thought No matter what happens, I will definitely support myself. I will fighting with myself. I Will fight for myself and with everyone who thinks iam a bad person. 

And you may have heard that where there is a will there is a way. 
I started to work on myself. I started to think in a position way. I started sharing most of the time with my friends. But I must say friends are not everything. There are very few lucky fellows who get loyal friends in their life. So, Whenever I used to be around them I forget all the problems and I was just started enjoying my life. I started to take care of myself consciously. I started to put myself first. I started to respect my time, my potential and my point of view. I was not immediately started to all of these things. It took me a lot of time to do this. Because buildings are not built overnight. Good things take time. It almost took me 1 year to become happier and unstrain.  
From the next year, from the middle of the year 2022. I started to feel confident, i star to accept myself. I was building a growing mindset. I started to love myself. I started to feel confident in myself, in my own way. It was happier. 
From that year to still now Iam just growing each day. Iam improving everyday more and more. I am still becoming more confident, happier, acceptable, more positive, more smart and many more. The journey is still going on smoothly. 
Do you want to know how I changed myself from being a lonely, sad, less confident, least liked to being loved from others, to a confident person, everyone's favourite, happier, satisfied and loved. 
Now everyone around me want to be like me. Every one compares themselves with me. I become a role model for most of the people. Some are even jealous of me. I have haters. But remember if there are haters, enemies in your way, that means you are growing in a right direction. 
But I don't even care for my haters, I only car for people who supports me and it's one and only my family.

How I did it:

So,I think the game changer was my mindset. I build an attitude of self love. 
The main game changer is I was started to love myself. I started to accept myself. I respected my feelings. I stopped blaming others for my problem. I started to take my responsibilities.

I started to do skincare. Now you may think what is the connection between skincare and changing mindset. 
I've recently heard that people who take care of their health and skin. People who have a self-care routine, they love themself. Because when you do skincare a harmone releases, I don't the name of that harmone but, it makes you feel good about yourself, you love yourself. It releases a happy  harmone. 
And I was doing self-care and skin care without knowing this fact. Which started to make me feel comfortable and confident in myself and with my body. Which was very important. Self love is very important. If you can't accept, love and care yourself then bro what can you do. Iam not demotivating you but I just want to tell that self love is very important. 

2.gratificafionOvercoming Negativity: Practical Strategies for Embracing a Positive Mindset.

This was also the real game changer. I started to do gratification recently in the year 2023. I was healed and I become happier as I was but my life became more and more easier and happier when I started to feel grateful for everything. I build a negative mindset during that phase of my life. But slowly I started to become positive, But somewhere there was negativity in me. I was not totally become a positive person.
But when I started graduation I started to feel good. I feel like everything that's happening is going so well. I could see every good thing. 
Where I used to focus on negative things now I just ignore all the negativity and magnify all the positivities. Now I can find opportunities in bad thing. I take everything as an opportunity. 
Iam very grateful for everything, literally everything around me. Iam grateful to have meals, roof, blanket in winter and fans in summer, unlimited water, propper clothes to wear, good education and internet which solve my Problems as well as entertainment when bored. I am very grateful for everything I have and I work hard to achieve things I don't have. 
Iam the luckiest person in my opinion. I love myself and I love my life. I live my every day as it's heaven came on earth. 

3. Self-reflectionOvercoming Negativity: Practical Strategies for Embracing a Positive Mindset.

Remember self reflection is very important. If you know yourself better than no one can stop you. You become unstoppable when you are self aware. 
You shout know about yourself. If you don't know yourself properly. If you don't understand yourself, then why/how do you expect others to understand you? 
If you know about yourself. If you know what makes you happy and sad. If you know what is right for you. If you know how do you respond/react in different situations, so you imagine how easy the life becomes. 
Some best ways to be self aware are journaling and meditating. You can sit peacefully alone. You should spend time alone where you are not thinking about anything and just relaxing.

So at the I just want you to tell dark days are the best. It makes you shine brighter than ever. It's very important to face problems if you want to become successful. A clean and clear road will never make you a good drivers right. 
So from now or from the next time whenever any problem comes in your life then feel happy that your future is going to be bright. 
I also want to tell you always have a high value for yourself in your own way because your input turns into your output. What you think about yourself is more important than what others will think about you. Never let your value down in your eyes. 

Just remember you can do anything, you set your mind to.
