How to Improve Each Day: 3 Easy Tips for a Happier Life

In this blog iam going to share some tips and tricks to make your day better. And don't worry iam not going to tell you to do exercise, read books, drink 2-3 liters of water and something like this. I know you all are fed-up of hearing the same tips. So I spent some extra time to find out the solution for this problem. I will share 3 simple tips and tricks which are geniune, and  easy to maintain. 

Each day in our life is not the same. There are many ups and downs. Sometimes we are happy and sometimes we feel sad. It not easy to maintain everything in balance everytime. Our moods is also an another problem. It becomes more difficult to have a good mood when you are a girl/female. If you are a girl I think I don't need to explain why. Our mood swings are a different drama which we have to suffer every month. And it's not in our hands to have same energy, mood and interest. But it is definitely in our hands to stop bad things from happening which mostly happens because of us and remain happy even in bad times. So try to do as much as you can, rather you try to do more. We must not hold back from doing what we can. We should not wait for the perfect time to come. Whatever you want to achieve and whatever you want to do, do it now because perfect time doesn't exist. 

How to make your day the way you want it to be:

I will tell you 5 most easy tips and tricks to make your day better. So the first one is a little bit complicated but it is easy to follow. 

1. Quick test: 

STEP NO.1: So In the first step you have to find out the day when you were genuinely happy. Try to recall your past few weeks memory. Try to recall each and every small details of that day. Remember everything you did that day. Now your job is to find out what are the things you did on that day which made you happy. This can differ from person to person Because everyone has their own likes and dislikes. So remember what made you happy on that day. There is no need to rush take your own time to find out the things which made you happy. 
So after finding out the things and works, which made you happy. Now you have to do the same thing every day. It might be doing exercises, spending time with family or friends, expressing yourself nicely without thinking about others, following your hobby or making others happy. Try to add those things which makes your day better in your daily life routine as much as possible. And there you go!

STEP NO.2: Now the next step is totally opposite to the first step. Here you have to remember your worst day. And try to recall what made the day worst. It might be anything which made you sad or unhappy. 
So the work is simple. You just have to  avoid all of those things which you did on that day/which made you feel unsatisfied and bad about yourself. 
Isn't it quick and simple?

2. Treat yourself like a 5 years old child: 

This one is very easy to maintain, there is nothing to do in this. But you need to listen this👇.
Now a days people compare themselves with the people on social media (people who don't show their imperfections and bad habits). You always pressure yourself to be perfect. You find perfection in everything you do. Which is a very bad habits of this generation. Actually I also come in the same generation but iam not that bad. 
You are addicted to social media. You don't know what people are hiding. You did not realize that the people you consider your influencers, the people who are your role models, have much insecurities as we all have. They are not perfect as they show to us. If you understand this thing then no one can influence in a wrong direction. And if you are understanding what iam saying then I must say you are very smart.
I just want to tell you, don't compare, love yourself, don't sacrifice your happiness to make others happy. Treat yourself like a 5 years old child ( who don't care about what others will think and who are always enjoying in their own world). Take care of yourself like you are a small child. Don't hurt yourself. 
If you start doing and seeing yourself in this way you will become 2× happier than you are right now. Believe me! it works I tried it. 

3. Gratification:

Gratitude is the key to happier life. I personally follow gratitude each and everyday. Gratitude has lots of benifits. Most of the smart, happy and satisfied people follow gratitude everyday. It changed my life. It helped me to become a positive person froma sad and negative person.
Gratitude not only gives us satisfaction but it also shows us a new direction to live. It makes us feel grateful for everything. It makes our mind calm. It's builds a positive mindset and so on.... Once you start to do gratification you will be able to see many changes in your overall well-being. You will see positivity in everything. You will see a vision le change in just few weeks. It's very easy to maintain this. It just takes around 5 minutes everyday. So can't you spare even 5 minutes of your day for yourself?
 To make your  journey of gratitude easy, I have an advice for you. You can download gratitude app. There are so many apps available on Play Store for gratitude you can download any of them. Iam using an app named " GRATITUDE". Where I write dairy entry, I listen to affirmation, I get motivational quotes everyday and I can also create vision boards in that app. It's very easy to use yet very effective.
