5 Ways To Practice Gratitude
1. Start journaling
I started journaling almost a year ago and I am still following it. I will share with you some of the genuine tips to start journaling and staying consistent about journals. You will never regret doing it because it has numerous benefits. It embraces self-awareness and calms your mind and thoughts.
How to start journaling.
You can find different prompts on the internet but it's a time-consuming process. And we don't have the patience to do it. So I have a solution for it. You can write about your day in just a few sentences like how was the day? Is there something that you learned from this day? What do you think is the thing you felt you needed to improve yourself etc? You can also listen out the top 3 best and the worst things about that day. Write down the 3 things you are grateful for and many more.
How to stay consistent in it.
Journaling is not about maintaining it and doing it every day. You don't need to do this every day you can journal only when you have an interest to do it. When you are unwilling to do it every day you will start hating it. So the best thing you can do is to do only when you are interested. There is no need to make it a habit. You will notice that you slowly become consistent in journaling.
2. Listen to affirmations
Affirmations will help you to boost your self-confidence and make you feel good about yourself. It will make you feel good for everything you have and give you hope. There are different affirmations for different things/moods.
When you will feel good and satisfied with everything then you will feel grateful for everything. You may have a question about where to listen to these affirmations. Then the answer is you can speak good to yourself use any gratitude app listen to affirmations from any video etc.
3. Read a motivational quote every morning.
Starting your day with a positive mindset and positive thoughts will make your day. Read inspirational thoughts and quotes every day. Read in the morning time if possible. So start reading to motivational quote every morning for this It makes you hopeful, motivated and dedicated to your work throughout the day.
Where to find new quote every day
I will again tell you to use any app that provides you with different quotes, affirmations and journal prompts for journals every day. Using such apps makes it your gratitude journey easy without feeling overwhelmed at the beginning because begging is the hardest step of anything.
4. Think positive and good about yourself.
Positive self-talk and Positive Mindset towards yourself and others are the most important things to start a journey of gratitude. Be positive always. Find positivity and spread positivity everywhere you go. This will attract others to you.
Mainly the motto of having a positive mindset is to solve every problem with ease and feel good about your authentic self. Attracting others is secondary. Never speak badly about yourself not even as a joke whatever you say is reflected to you by the universe by more power. No matter what others are thinking about you. You have to be positive and confident in yourself and say that I am the best the way I am.

It balances your 7 chakras which helps to improve your life in every aspect. It will make you healthy, improve your lifestyle, make you love yourself and your body and control your senses.
