When I started journaling I decided to write any one of these journals mentioned above. I used to write any journal according to my mood and interest. So. I will recommend you not stick to any one of these journals you should be flexible and try each of them one by one and find what is suitable for you.

Once you are done with all of these things. Now you need to start journaling. For that, you should choose a perfect time according to your routine or comfort. Choosing What Fits Your Schedule. Journals are done either in the morning or evening. So choose a perfect time for you.
