We do numerous work/things in a day which unknowingly sometimes makes a bad impact on us. So it's very important to spend your precious time doing important and worthy things.

If you listen to happy and melodious songs then you will be happy the whole day. If you listen to sad songs then you will feel sad.
It harms our brains. So it's much better to avoid listening to sad songs.
2. Using your device for too long without any breaks.
Every one of us uses our phones, tablets, laptops or computers. We get involved in it like we were never involved in something else.
We forget to drink water. We forget to take breaks. Our eyes get strained, and we feel dehydrated but still, we don't get up to take a break.
It's a must to take breaks in every hour or half an hour. You can also enable break reminders from your mobile settings.
3. Staying in a dark room for the whole day / not taking sunlight.
Staying in a dark room even in the daytime is one of the baddest habits. Because it makes you unproductive, sleepy, lazy and dull.
You will get vitamin D definitely and your growth decreases for staying in the dark places every day.
Take sunlight in the morning. Sunbathing has numerous benefits. So, don't lock yourself in a room like a bird in a cage. Try to take sunlight as much as you can. Don't be afraid of getting tanned.
4. Not having a morning routine
Morning time is very important to make your whole day the way you want especially those first hours of morning.
Don't waste your morning time using your phone or snoozing the alarm.
Do some stretching for good blood circulation, Listen to peaceful music, take a bath, do skincare, make breakfast or do whatever you like.
But don't do something that makes you feel bad about yourself.
5. Spoiling your late night time.
Now again nighttime, before sleeping/late night time is as important as your daytime. Because you will wake up in the same mood you slept in last night.
In short, if you want to make your day better then first make your night/sleep better.
Some of the best ways to spend your night are to listen to music, journal, foot massage, take a warm bath, head massage, do skincare or walk. You can do anything which you like to do.
6. Spend most of your time sitting.
If you are a student or someone who works in an office in front of a laptop/computer then you have to sit for really a long time.
Try to add a workout to your routine. Try to stand and walk for some time. But avoid sitting for a long time.
It will decrease your metabolism and stamina. So take extra steps and do some physical activity.
7. Not expressing your emotions.
Every human and animal has emotions. Expressing them is also very important. Don't hide your emotions.
If you want to laugh then laugh hard. If you want to cry then do it. If you are angry then shout, but don't shout at people.
Controlling emotions is also important but if you can't control them, then express them, you will feel much better. But don't hide or suppress your emotions. They are valuable.
8. Not getting enough sleep.
Sleep is the most important thing to perform actively throughout the day. When you sleep your body gets charged.
If you wake up when your body is just 61% charged instead of 99% then you will not be able to work for a long time with focus and activeness.
That's why sleep is very important, try to take 6-9 on average hours of sleep. You can also take an afternoon nap if possible.
9. Not focusing on your diet/poor diet.
Diet/the food you eat is very important. Be conscious about what you are giving to your body.
What you look at from the outside is equal to what you from the inside. In short, a poor diet means poor skin health and weak muscles and bones. Less stamina and less activeness.
Food is everything. Eat healthy and be wealthy. Your health is not an expense it's an investment.
10. Not giving time to yourself.
Last but one of the most important things. Spend time with yourself.
If you can understand yourself. If you know yourself. Then you are great.
Talk to yourself, sit in silence without any distractions, journal, walk in nature or do a favor for yourself. Do any of these things to become your best friend.
Be yourself. Spend some time in solitude. In short, love yourself like no one else does.
