I just want to tell you to laugh and smile and be happy in your life. But everything has some limits and we must not cross those limits. Everything looks fine when it's done in an adequate amount.
6. Build strong willpower.
Self-respect also comes from strong willpower. Having strong willpower means having the inner strength to stay committed to your goals and decisions, even when faced with difficulties, temptations, or challenges. It reflects self-discipline and mental resilience.
It's quite the same as the second one but in that, you have to follow your promises and in this, you have to stay committed to yourself. Once you build a strong willpower then no one can disturb and distract you.
In this way, you will become a very highly valued person in your eyes and if you have respect for yourself and you are confident about yourself then no one can stop you from being a likable and valuable person to others.
