1. Starting the day with 5 minutes of calm.
It's very important to know what are you doing in the first 5 minutes after waking. The time of 5 minutes before sleeping and 5 minutes after waking is very essential because at this time what you think and what you imagine defines your life. Because the Theta waves are active at that time. These are the waves that are active just before sleeping and just after waking up.
This time is very precious for a person. Many people manifest at this time because of the theta waves. Do not waste your time in being hurry, be angry, worried or have any kind of emotions that hurt you. People nowadays are very busy and they start to work like a machine as they wake up.

I am telling you from my experience, every time I get late then I become aggressive and in a hurry my whole day goes in that aggressiveness. It became common for me but one day when I woke up 30 minutes early and without wasting my time I did some workout practiced deep breaths did some prayers to God and just got ready for my work. On that day my whole day was very peaceful, I was confident and faced every small daily problem with ease.

The first thing I do after a few minutes of waking up is hydrating my body by drinking water. Sometimes warm water, sometimes lemon water, sometimes normal water.
You are in a fast when you sleep. Your body becomes dehydrated because of not drinking water for more than 6-7 hours. So that's why drinking water is essential to do in the morning.
You may have doubted, how much water can I drink in the morning. The answer is 400ml – 600ml of water is enough. If you don't have a habit of drinking water in the early morning then you can drink water according to your capacity.
The best way to drink water is to drink copper-charged water/ clay pot water, warm water and lemon water. It will not only hydrate your body but also provide you with some of the essential minerals that your body needs.
5. Morning stretching
During sleep, you stay in one or two positions for a very long time. The blood circulation decreases in our body. The best way to improve the blood circulation in our body is to lightly stretch your body. It will also remove the neck and shoulder pain that many people get after waking up.
I am just telling you to do light morning stretches I am not telling you to do any kind of heavy workouts. You can do it but not just after waking up. You can do it 30 minutes or an hour after waking up.
Morning stretches have numerous benefits improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension, pain relief, boosting energy levels, improving circulation and many more.
You can do it for 5-10 minutes it will be enough. 5 minutes is not a big deal. It's a very simple thing and you must give 5-10 minutes for your body.
6. Meditation or deep breathing
Morning has the freshest air in our surroundings. So it's a better time to practice meditation and deep breathing. It will improve your focus which is very important. The more oxygen reaches in our body cells the more the metabolism increases, which is very essential for a human to be healthy and fit.
It might be shocking for some people but do you know that our body detoxifies when the oxygen supply is more in our body, it also slows down aging. Girls and women! It's a lottery for you to look 5-10 years younger just by practicing deep breathing for 10 minutes.

7. Practicing Gratitude
Gratitude is the magic of transforming your life from negativity to positivity. The more you appreciate good things the more good things attract you.
Gratitude includes gratitude journaling, reading positive and motivational quotes and listening or saying affirmations. I read two Gratitude quotes every morning. And I also say affirmations to myself. And genuinely it makes me confident and grateful.
It hardly takes 2 minutes, but these two minutes are life-changing habits. I was a person with low self-esteem and always blamed myself for every bad situation. But from the day I started practicing gratitude had changed my mindset and my life. It's been 3 years now since I started practicing gratitude and when I look back I feel very happy that I improved so much.

If you want to be active throughout the day then please try a cold bath. By saying cold bath I don't mean to take an extremely cold bath. You can use water which is slightly colder than normal temperature water. Because small changes make big impacts in life.
Cold baths improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up recovery by lowering inflammation. They boost immunity, increase alertness, and release endorphins for a better mood. Cold water tightens skin, enhances hair health, relieves stress, and helps burn calories through brown fat activation. Self-care is one of the best forms of self-love. People who do self-care and skin care are happier with themselves than people who don't do any kind of self-care and skin care.

You can listen to any peace music in the morning and you don't need any extra time to do it. You can listen to peaceful music while having your tea or coffee, cleaning, and skin care while meditating. You can do it with any other activities. But if you listen to peaceful music separately then it will give some extra benefits.
It will keep your mind calm and peaceful throughout the day. Listening to peaceful music helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance focus. It creates a soothing atmosphere that promotes relaxation and emotional balance, making it easier to unwind, meditate, or simply enjoy moments of quiet reflection.

It becomes easy for us to do work productively during the day if we have clear planning. Planning doesn't work most of the time. Most of us fail to achieve the goals that we have created for that particular day. It's because, when we create all the to-do lists we feel very excited but when it comes to executing then we all fail.
Try to set achievable goals in the beginning so that you can feel confident that you can complete any work or you can achieve any goal you set to do.

What I have observed so far is our night affects our morning. If you were sad last night then you will feel sad in the morning and you will feel sad throughout the day if you feel sad throughout the day then you will feel sad in the night again and will keep repeating. Negativity lasts for a long time.
So if you want to have a good day try to have a good night. Try to do some activities in the night 30 minutes before sleeping which makes you calm and happy. So that you can get a good sleep and a good morning.
