10 Daily Activities For Personal Development.
#1. Spend your 1 hour on your goal In the morning.
Morning time is considered the most productive time for everyone because it's the fresh beginning of the day and you are fully charged in the morning time.
Find out what your goal is ( it's basically your career) for example if you want to become a successful business person then upgrade the important skills and life skills are needed for it. Like communication skills, social skills, teamwork, money management and etc. Try to do something for 1 hour in the morning that will help you succeed in that career.
#2. Complete your top 3 most important things before the afternoon.
As I already mentioned morning time is considered as the most productive time. So, you should complete the 3 most important things or to-dos in the morning or before 1 pm. Because you can do those works with full focus and you will become stress-free throughout the day which is very important. You can also save your time. You will feel happier and fulfilling throughout the day.
#3. Have hobbies that help you to keep healthy.
Health is wealth and to maintain it you can try running, swimming, sports, exercises, morning stretching, gym or yoga because it not only keeps you physically healthy but there are many unknown benifits of exercising. You can try doing anything which will help you to become physically strong. If you start doing any physical activity then you need to eat healthier than before. So start focusing on your workout and diet. There is no need to do extreme workouts and diet. Make it simple and easy so you don't get overwhelmed in the beginning. When you get comfortable in that then try to expand it.
#4. Understanding your emotions.
Understanding your emotions and not showing them is also a very important thing it's like an important skill. You should be able to regulate your emotions. You can follow some simple tips to understand your emotions better. Identify your trigger points, try to get good sleep, try journaling before sleeping and meditation and mindfulness. Everything is easy you just need a few proper strategies to succeed in everything you do.
#5. Interact with 2 new people a day.
Interacting with New people and meeting/talking to them is an essential thing you should do to improve your social and communicational skills as well.
I am not telling you to meet someone good and selected people I just mean to say, talk to anyone you find new. Like where is the grocery shop? Or anything about them.
#6. Keep track of every time you spend money.
We spend a lot of money little by little bit we don't realize that a small amount becomes a big amount till the end of the month and when it comes to calculating the money which you spend then you don't remember anything.
Money management is also a very crucial skills which everyone should have. So, when you start keeping track of everything then you realize how much money you wasted on useless things. So from now on whenever you spend money, write it in a book or diary.
#7. Take enough sleep according to your age.
People who sleep for less than 5 hours their life span decreases rapidly. No matter how busy you are try to take sleep for more than 5 hours. You should sleep according to your body. Some people feel fresh after taking sleep of 6 hours whereas some people feel tired and they need 7-8 hours of Sleep. The sleep amount is not the same for everyone. So find out how much sleep you require and get better sleep.
#8. Explore your spiritual core.
Exploring your spiritual core involves investigating or exploring your innermost beliefs, values and sense of purpose. The best way to do it is to start meditation. You should also try prayer, self-reflection, and seeking a deeper understanding of the universe and your place within it. Feel your feelings, be grateful for everything you have, spend time in nature and see the good in others.
#9. Self-care.
Self-care and self-love are the most important things everyone Gen-Z (people born between 1995 and 2010) is lacking. This generation is addicted to their phones. They keep comparing, judging and doubting themselves frequently. You should never miss any chance of loving and caring yourself because whatever you see on social media is not true especially those beautiful girls and handsome guys. Stop comparing start loving yourself.
#10. Develop a new habit and quit any bad habits every month.
Actually, I wanted to tell you to Develop a new habit and quit any bad habits every week but it's quite difficult for beginners so I preferred mentioning monthly. It's not difficult. You will take time but you can do it. Try quitting any bad habits like decreasing sugar and processed food consumption and you should adopt a new habit like doing morning stretching/exercises or staying hydrated. You don't need to make big changes. Small changes are enough to make your day better. It seems small but creates a big impact on us.
Conclusion:
We should pay attention to every small thing we do in a day because small things create big and impactful changes. Even if you think you are busy being busy doesn't mean you are doing right. As I mentioned your future is defined in what you do today.
