When I first came across the idea of romanticizing life, I assumed it was just another wellness fad I'd eventually move on from. But soon, it became central to my everyday life.
In today’s fast-paced world, there may be plenty of reasons to feel stressed, but there are even more reasons to appreciate and enjoy life.
It’s about seeing the beauty in everyday things and making each day feel special.

1. Have a peaceful slow morning routine.
Your morning time decides your whole day. A simple and soft morning routine will make your day. In this busy world, the only thing you need is mental peace for a few minutes.
Practicing a peaceful and grateful morning routine will make you very calm and composed throughout the. You will be able to connect with yourself more nicely.
As I already told you people forget themselves in their busy routine and you might be thinking it's not for me. I don't have this much time. You must save your time from your day so that you don't have to stress about anything and can start your day like it's a new life.
Smile give a high five to yourself and do a gentle morning stretch on your bed. Drink a warm glass of water and write a gratitude note for yourself. It will hardly take half an hour to complete your mild morning routine.
If you are calm and happy in the morning then this emotion will continue till the time you sleep. So decide how you want your day to be.
2. Sit in a peaceful place alone. Solitude.
It should be considered one of the best ways to spend your time alone. Sit anywhere you feel very comfortable and warm. Sit in a peaceful place and practice some time of peaceful time. If any thought runs in your head, let it be.
Have a warm cup of tea or coffee or just listen to peaceful music running in the background. This can be done at night time to make it more peaceful.
This will let you clear your thoughts and you will find problems to all your solutions. You will get new ideas and new thoughts which will change your life.
Practice solitude by sitting in a peaceful place without any disturbance for 10-15 minutes every day. This will again make you calm and cool.
3. Dress up well and fall in love with yourself.
Don't dress up to impress anyone but to impress yourself because what you are in your eyes matters more than what others will think of you.
Don't dress cheap, no matter what, always be elegant but never compromise your comfort. Dress up in the way you feel confident and comfortable.
Fall in love with yourself every day making some effort to make you look like a princess. Add some jewellery like small earing, bracelets and rings etc.
Have healthy skin and hair to elevate your looks and become 2x more attractive.
4. Do something you've been meaning to try
If you are free or you want to spend time with yourself then you must complete your to-do which you always wanted to do.
Do whatever you want to do for a long time, it could be anything like confessing something to someone, buying what your wish listed and trying anything etc.
This will give you a sense of satisfaction and make you happy for doing something you wanted to do for so long.
5. Try to meet strangers, compliment a stranger
When a person socializes, they feel very happy. Try to meet new people and build connections with some people.
Try to do some naughty things with strangers like, try starting a staring contest with someone and see if they notice. Give a cheeky compliment like, "You look like you know all the secret spots in town," or lightly bump into someone and apologize with a laugh. Leave a funny note for someone to find, or suggest a silly game like thumb war while waiting in line. These playful moments can add fun to your day!
Doing playful things with strangers will add a sense of joy and fun to your day. It will make you stress-free and boost your mood.
Try to expose the inner child within you to enjoy your life like a small child. Practice activities that Let your inner child out and find joy like kids do.

A hobby is something that a person enjoys doing and becomes more creative. To become happy in the present moment you must try to divert your mind in doing some creative work to romanticize your life.

It could be anything like dancing, singing, painting, pottery, sports, baking or reading, these activities let you feel more joyful and add some meaning to your routine and don't let you feel stressed or depressed because if you are engaging in creative work your brain doesn't get time for negativities.
If you can't do it every day, you must try to engage yourself at least once a week in your hobbies.

7. Do skincare self-care
Skincare and Self-Care are the best ways to practice self-love. It is also the best way to romanticize your life. Take some time to make yourself more attractive and charming.
Self-care is all about taking time to nurture your body, mind and soul. It can be anything that makes you calm, relaxed, recharged and happy.
Self-care includes skincare, long and relaxing baths, reading a book, exercising or just simply taking enough rest and sleep.
Be gentle with yourself and treat yourself like a 5-year-old child. Try to forgive yourself and give some space to yourself to learn from your mistakes.
By prioritizing self-care, you create space for positivity, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of well-being that helps you show up as the best version of yourself.
8. Make someone happy or smile genuinely
Have you noticed one thing, making someone happy makes you feel happy too. So try to be polite and gentle with others. Make others feel valuable and respect everyone.
Help others and bring a genuine smile to others' faces. Try to connect with good-hearted people.
Even if you don't know how to make others happy, then please don't even try to hurt anyone. Never disrespect, disappoint or judge others. Everyone needs the freedom to live their life the way they want and we are no one to judge anyone.
Spread love and never hate. If you love others and make others happy then people will do the same. Have a positive and happy charisma, spread love and receive love.
9. Show love with a hug, kiss, or gentle touch
Physical touches always strengthen the bond. Try to have some physical touches with your friends and family.
Whenever you hug or kiss or do any physical touch, a happy hormone is released and the same hormone is released when you compliment or help someone
That's why you must make someone happy so that positivity spreads in the surroundings and Positivity between you and others.

Nature is our mother in whose arms everyone feels comfortable and warm. It's difficult nowadays to find clean and good air under a few green trees. Nature is missing in our life.

Talk to plants, hug trees or smell flowers by going into a garden. They will take all the negativities from you and fill your heart with joy and peace.
Our Mother Nature has every problem to our solution, so whenever you feel down, try to spend some time in nature and you will be fine within some minutes.

This is one of my favorite things to do to make myself calm and relaxed. I do it whenever I feel confused or stressed.
After your dinner, go for a long walk at night with some music running in the background with your loved ones. You can also try a deep conversation while walking with someone you love.
If you don't want anyone to be with you then you can alone try to do it, you will feel so good when you return home and you will also get a good night's sleep with honey-like sweet dreams.
So try walking at night or in the morning in nature under cool Breeze.
14. Have a peaceful night routine with a warm bath
As I already told you you must have a soft morning routine to have a good day but if you want to have a soft morning routine then have a soft, relaxing and peaceful night routine.
Try to build a soft night routine with some skincare, a long warm bath, head massage, foot massage, journal or reading. Din the lights before sleeping to get a deep sleep to feel fresh every morning.
A night routine is as important as a daytime routine to romanticize your life and feel more connected with yourself.
A perfect night routine will make your next day. By creating a calming routine, you signal to your body that it's time to relax and recharge, setting the stage for a peaceful night and a fresh start the next day.
15. Try journaling and gratitude if you haven't
Journaling is the simple act of writing down your thoughts, experiences, and reflections. It can take many forms, from daily diaries to expressive writing, gratitude journals, or even bullet journals. The key is to find a style that suits you and to make it a regular practice
