Staying fit and healthy is becoming an essential thing for every youth. Nowadays old people are healthier than youngsters. The only reason for this is the change in lifestyle between the old people and nowadays youngsters and teenagers. If you think for a while deeply you will be able to find a lot of changes between your lifestyle and your grandparent's lifestyle. 
Youngsters of today have a lifestyle of being busy with phones locking themselves in a room and staying in that room for the whole day with their phones and chargers. Even if they get a little bit of free time, they will pick or you can say they will choose their phones instead of doing any physical activity.
If you are a youngster or a teenager reading this blog then, Ok it's acceptable that you might be busy or you don't have free time but you have time even to have a balanced and healthy diet. Please don't give the excuse of not having enough money to have a balanced and complete nutritious diet, because if this is your reason for not having a healthy diet then from where do you get the money to eat unhealthy snacks every evening?
I am writing this blog just to guide you and help you with some simple and easy tips that you need to follow if you want to be fit and healthy. I will tell you a small routine which will take only 30 mins of your day, which can give you 13 years of extra life. If you can't give just 30 mins from 24 hours to your body and health then Please leave the blog right now. Because if you can't do atleast this much then it's a waste of time to read this blog. This blog is all about how to stay fit and healthy and not about how to lose weight and how to be slim. But if you follow these tips then you can see changes within a few weeks. So if you have patience then, without any further ado let's begin with this blog.
How To Stay Fit And Healthy
1. 10 minutes of high-intensity workout
As I said I will try to cover all the things in 30 mins for you. So, if you are a busy person then you can try a high-intensity, sweaty 10-minute workout which is easily available on YouTube. I have tried it when I am really busy. It's very beneficial.
Workout is not about you doing it for 1-2 hours. It's about the quality of the workout you do. So here quality matters more than quantity. But it doesn't mean that you can do a good quality workout for a day and sit for the other 6 days saying that quality matters more than quantity.
If you are not able to high-intensity workouts then try low-intensity workouts or even yoga or strength and slowly try to do heavy workouts. Because something is better than nothing.
2. 5 minutes of breathing exercises
Workout is all about physical health but what about mental health? To be a good decision-maker and understanding person you have to be calm and relaxed. So the best thing you can do is meditate at least for 5 minutes.
If it feels difficult for you to focus then first try to control your thoughts by practicing writing a journal. This is one of the best things you can do to control your thoughts and emotions and to become self-aware. Once are done with this then you can try meditation. If you still can't focus for 5 minutes try to do it for 2 mins and gradually adjust the time.
3. Create a healthy diet plan
Just by focusing externally, you can't do anything because your diet plays a major role not only in your health but also in your life. If you eat healthy then you don't even need any kind of skin care to look glamorous. Believe me, diet is everything and you should focus on your diet just by doing some simple things to maintain this habit. If you want to have snacks then try to prepare it in your home and have it. Avoid packaged foods as much as you can if you want to start away from heart attack, obesity, diabetes and many such diseases.
4. Getting enough sleep
If you are a busy person then your workout is already done by doing all the work you do in your daily life. That's why you should sleep for at least 7-9 hours if you are an adult and more than 1 or 2 hours if you are a teenager. Because rest is also as important as work. You can work productively only when you take a complete rest. It's ok to get extra hours sleep on weekends and it's normal for everyone. I also take full rest/sleep on weekends, especially on Sundays.
5. Be happy and grateful for everything
People who are happy and always have gentle smiles on their faces all the time are the most beautiful faces with glowing cheeks. Because people who are grateful for whatever they have are the people who are happy in their lives. Some are not happy, so I am not talking about the people who give fake smiles.
I promise you that the day you start being grateful for everything is the day you'll start attracting all the things you like. The things you will be grateful for will get doubled. This is the power of gratitude which only few people know. It's not an overnight process. It will take a few months but it will make you happier than ever.
6. Being always hydrated
As everyone knows our body is filled with 70% water, you can think how essential water is for our body. If you don't drink enough water then try to carry water with you everywhere you go.
It's an excellent thing for our skin. It detoxifies impurities from our body and makes us feel energetic and productive. Drinking water is the most important thing you need to follow if you want to be fit and healthy.
7. Spend quality time with family and friends
Only your physical health not going to make you. Just having a fit body and healthy skin is not all about your health. You are meant to be healthy when you like yourself and others. When you are happy from the inside and grateful for everything you have only you are a healthy person. Being healthy doesn't mean having a pack and a muscular body. Real happiness is your real health. Hope you understand whatever I am trying to tell you.
8. Learn new skills
Learning new skills is to learn a thing. Life is all about learning new things throughout the life. When you learn something new, then you are growing. You build your neuron connection when you learn a new skill. You become smarter when you learn new skills
Keep learning, have a growth mindset know what you want, believe you can and never settle for less. That's all I want to tell you.
9. Try to take extra steps
Small steps can help you to reach the top of the building but it will take time, and it would not be as easy as the lift makes you reach the top. But both have different benefits.
Same as this, taking extra steps will not make changes in one day. But slowly it will build. In the process of being fit and healthy, you will have to make small changes in your lifestyle. "Try to take extra steps" refers to making an extra effort beyond what is normally expected or required. It encourages pushing yourself to go further in your tasks, learning, or personal growth.
10. Keep snaking healthy
If you want to be healthy then you can't just be healthy if you keep focusing on the exercise and workout. You have to eat healthy to be healthy.
Snaking means to eat something small snacks every 1-3 hours like fruits, nuts, protein bars and many other small snacks that can help you to keep fit and healthy. "Keep snacking healthy" emphasizes making smart food choices when you snack. Instead of reaching for junk food like chips or candy, opt for nutritious options that fuel your body and mind.
By keeping your snacks healthy, you not only manage hunger but also improve concentration and mood throughout the day.
